Website prices in Munich range from 199 € to well over 10,000 €. The difference is rarely about technology — browsers, hosting and encryption work the same for everyone. It is about scope: how many pages get built, how much new text and imagery is produced, and how many people work on it.
Three typical price ranges
A landing page presents one offer and leads to an inquiry. It is a single page, ready within a week, and costs 199 € at BNK Web.
A multi-page website separates services, team, references and contact. At BNK Web up to 10 pages are included in the 299 € base price, with each further page at 20 €.
Agency projects with brand development, photo production, an editorial plan and several rounds of review start at around 5,000 €. That is not an inflated price, it is a different scope — worth it when a brand has to be built from scratch.
What matters is not the price, but what the page costs you if it brings in no inquiries.
What you are actually paying for
An offer only becomes comparable once it lists these points:
- custom design instead of a ready-made template
- mobile optimization, checked on real devices
- a contact form that notifies you
- an SSL certificate and technical SEO
- a Google listing
- hosting and domain in your own name
If one of them is missing from the offer, it gets billed later. So do not only ask for the total — ask for the list of line items.
Ongoing costs
Hosting runs at approx. 9 € a month, a .de domain at approx. 1 € a month. Both are billed separately and stay in your name.
Maintenance, updates and small changes cost 30 € a month at BNK Web — optional, not required. If you would rather swap texts yourself, you get the access for it.
What to do before you ask for a quote
Write down in three sentences what your page has to do: who should get in touch, what that person needs to know, and how they should reach you. Those three sentences let you check any offer — and the price follows almost by itself.
